We have 2 AC units, 1 suddenly stopped blowing cool air - went through American Home Shield, and was assigned Air Squad (we had no choice). At first I was skeptical given we had no say in who came out, but Alexis from Air Squad was amazing - he diagnosed the issue on the spot within 10 minutes, replaced the part, and our AC was blowing cool air again. All we had to pay was our $100 service fee to AHM, when this likely would have cost hundreds without it. Can't say enough great things about Alexis, would definitely use again.
I had Air Squad come to my home for an air conditioning problem. Alexis was the technician. He could not have been more professional, friendly, and went the extra mile to complete the job. I never felt like he was rushing, rather he wanted to do everything correctly. I would highly recommend him. Great technician who wanted to make sure the customer was satisfied.👍👍
