Very honest, fast, friendly and clean. We love our new ac and heating system already. They went the extra mile for us and understood what we wanted. Thanks again guys
These guys have great reviews but I had a poor experience with them. AHS home warranty sent them due to my AC running hot. At 8:30am my house was at 80°F. The tech (Donovan Caruso) added a lb of coolant and said the unit is fine. 2 hours later it was 82° rising to 87°. I called their office and the lady said "In our eyes the job is complete and there are no mechanical failures" she added "Home warranty will never replace a unit and will continue put band aids on it, but we can sell you a new unit". I said I just want my house cool and if the job was done, my house wouldn't be 87°. She then told me to ask my home warranty for a second opinion. Basically they got $185 for coolant, didn't fix the issue, then wiped their hands clean of me by pushing me off on another company. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I'm not the first to do so. Zero pride in workmanship and customer service. Just a cog in the wheel of the home warranty scam cycle. If you care to reply, fix my unit, your business is based on repairing units...... which you failed to do.
Plumber was amazing found the problem fast , office people are at another level of professionalism , I was very very satisfied !
