While I am still deciding on where to buy my equipment package from, I can tell you that the training this company offers shows they know what they are doing in the indoor air cleaning field. The owner of the company spoke to us this morning and he struck me as a fine man with a fine company. Take these negative reviews you see here with a big big grain of salt.

I had the pleasure of having Drew clean my ducts today. The quality of the service was exceptional! Drew was punctual, friendly, efficient, and informative. Two of my master bedroom vents were internally collapsed. One of which, was very clogged. After cleaning them, you notice significant difference in the air pressure. My main levels vents were so dirty he asked that I take my babies outside so they wouldn't breathe in the debris. He took the time and cleaned every vent in my entire home. (About 3-4 hrs) He covered my belongings with sheets to minimize the mess, then cleaned up afterward. Oh and they make their own permanent filters...Can't speak on it's quality just...read full review

I accidentally ordered and received the wrong size filter. When I called them, they sent me out the correct size the next day!
