I have Fidelity as a Home Warranty - long story short Action Air saved our sanity. Our AC went out and had to go out of network, because Fedility couldn't find an in network company to come out. We called Action Air and they were able to schedule us within a couple of hours, from our call. The inside of our house was over 100°, we had been in excessive heat warning for days and were still going to be them for another week. Nick came out, diagnosed the problem(s) and let us know how we could proceed.
