You gave me what I wanted to hear, an honest opinion on the condo and how to moved forward on it. That’s what I need known the problem and the condition without the sugar coated the problem so I can meet it face on before it gotten any worse and to know the cost of repairs to know what the seller will come up with towards payment before we closed the deal and seal it then it will be too late and the complete cost will be on me.

Best in the business!! We are extremely happy to have chosen Absolute Home Inspections for our third party home inspection. Jason was very thorough in his report on our new build home providing 137 pages of information and pictures of our home.
