I recently called Lance to see if he could help and elderly friend who was being told she had to buy a new unit and hers could not be repaired. Look, I've dealt with my share of HVAC folks over the years, but Lance at Absolute Air Conditioning and Heating is honestly on another level.
Our AC was acting weird this month and not cooling like it should. We were stressing about how much a new system would cost (because isn't that always how these things go?). Lance came out the next day after I called and took his time checking everything.
After a thorough inspection, he said we only needed more refrigerant. No big sales pitch about replacing the whole system or adding expensive parts. He could have easily scared us into spending thousands, but he didn't.
