To start with the positive, they did an amazing job, the carpet is beautiful and feels wonderful, and they have the best prices around that I had found. Would have given them 5 stars.
However, the installers left a huge mess at my house without cleaning up, so I unfortunately have to dock a few points. First there were a ton of fibers and dirt left, which is somewhat to be expected. However they also somehow got the top of my headboard dirty and scuffed my dresser while moving furniture. Most disappointing of all was they left a toilet full of SPIT in one of my bathrooms that I had put several boxes of my keepsakes in to stay out of the way during installation....read full review
A to Z Direct Flooring came highly recommended to me because they do exceptionally good work and they make it easy for the homeowner. I had read numerous complaints about other companies and big box stores making the homeowner pay to rent a POD to store their furniture in while their floors were being installed, and some even went to a hotel during the installation. No way were we going to do that! My 1700 s/f home took 2-1/2 days to be completed including having brand new baseboards installed. The only place I go for flooring!!!! Sam is the best in the business and has the best prices!! I got all new LVP floors and baseboards. Everything came out amazing!! They even went above and beyond and got a custom baseboard for my curved stairs and I didn’t even have to ask , they just did it! They take pride in their work …you won’t be disappointed going with them. Thanks again Sam !!
