Likely the best experience I've had with dealing with trades businesses, and I've had to do that a lot recently. We needed to replace an old AC unit, and Brad was consistently on time and superb on his communication. He came out to inspect our existing HVAC system, gave us a quote, explained the procedures for replacing the AC. Followed up with pulling a permit prior to the installation, getting his subs to work on the AC stand, then installed the new AC unit. A-Tech has been my company for years! Brad is super responsive and is willing to work with your schedule to accommodate. His team is amazing! Jared and Thomas both are well knowledgeable and do not up sale just to make an extra buck. They provide what you need, and cost effective. They take their time to find a solution and provide the best alternatives towards your needs. I am always pleased with the service. I would give 10 stars if possible. I highly recommend this company! I request their services whenever I need something.
This is the second time I have used A-Tech. My furnace went out on a Saturday and I called Brad in the afternoon. He sent a tech out first thing Sunday morning. The tech, Dante, was right on time. He was personable and cheerful even though it was in the 50's and drizzling. He had to go on the roof and was up there a considerable amount of time. He told me that the circuit board was bad and that they would have to wait until the following day to contact a parts supplier for availability. He said he had spent extra time checking and rechecking the other components to make sure the problem was the circuit board since it is an expensive part.
