Excellent customer service and work! Was recommended A-Tech through a friend. Every time I called, Brad picked up right away. His lead tech Jarod was always on time and did great work as did all Brad's techs. Best price and offered more equipment than 4 other quotes for full furnace replacement.
Brad, the owner, and his crew did a complete install of HVAC and furnace for us. Not upselling or pressure, timely, neat and courteous. His guys really act like they take pride in the job and like working for him. At end of job he got all my warranties timely as well as inspection which passed. His price was very competitive and Goodman is a great product with great warranties. Full labor warranty from Goodman for 10 years in addition to 10 years all parts. I know I will be in good hands with him should I need the free repairs. Also, he does not require maintenance contract and has reasonable price for that. Got 3 quotes and the price, service and expertise of A Tech cant be beat. If you have an install, you should really call them. My units were 18 years old and on last legs.
