Clients praise their quick response, reasonable pricing, and excellent work quality. Todd was very respectful and efficient, removing pigeon nests, power washing droppings, and putting down hot feet glue where birds have been roosting. His price was reasonable, and he blew away any debris. Todd and ABDPC were a lifesaver, working quickly to get clients quoted and scheduled for screening solar panels and blocking spa waterfalls. The communication was excellent, and the price was perfect. Todd came all the way out to Indian Springs to help, giving options and walking through everything. He cleaned it up very nicely and put up preventive netting. He was very nice and did an amazing job.
I'm an employee of A Better Day Pigeon Control, And I gotta say that I went through training, and Todd didn't miss a single step to making the customer happy, content, and a job well done everytime. I'm not just saying this because I am an employee, but he really is passionate about what we leave with the customer on our jobs. When they ask about reviews he tells them be 100% honest good or bad I'll accept it. I honestly have never had such an amazing person to work for. He not only cares about his customers, pigeons and task at hand, but he treats his employees with the utmost respect, and I respect that. Thank you Todd for helping me achieve greatness!
