I’ve been tattooed by both Olivia and Roger here at 18B and they are both absolutely wonderful, talented artists. Detail-oriented, patient, and understanding. I’ve been heading to San Diego to get tattooed for several years but I’m very happy to have found amazing artists here in town. Would highly recommend!! The shop is clean, parking isn’t so bad either.
