I had a radon inspection and mitigation system installed with the company. The team was very professional and responsive. Like any substantial project there were hiccups, but someone was at my house everytime I raised a concern. Very happy with the service and highly recommend them.

I was very satisfied with Ned and the entire team that worked on the remediation of a major water leak at our home in Truckee. Ned was very responsive and used his connections to get a plumber out on a few hours notice. Ned's team did a nice job cleaning up the mess and drying everything out and got me extra peace of mind by hiring an outside mold testing firm to ensure that our place was mold free after the water leak was all cleaned up. The team worked directly with my insurance company to minimize the hassle of handling the claim and bill. I would definitely recommend Tahoe Mold and Water to a friend if they had a similar problem to ours.

This is by far the most professional water restoration company that I found. I had a pipe burst and needed immediate attention with my situation and couldn't get anyone to call me back at other companies. I spoke with the owner Ned, and he was very accommodating, super professional and was able to work me into their packed schedule which was a miracle in itself. Ned personally went to the house and gave me play by play updates on the damage and possible solutions. He was extremely honest and didn't try to oversell me on services because I was on a tight budget as insurance was not covering the situation. This company literally saved the Cabin!
