I had a radon inspection and mitigation system installed with the company. The team was very professional and responsive. Like any substantial project there were hiccups, but someone was at my house everytime I raised a concern. Very happy with the service and highly recommend them.

I was very satisfied with Ned and the entire team that worked on the remediation of a major water leak at our home in Truckee. Ned was very responsive and used his connections to get a plumber out on a few hours notice. Ned's team did a nice job cleaning up the mess and drying everything out and got me extra peace of mind by hiring an outside mold testing firm to ensure that our place was mold free after the water leak was all cleaned up. The team worked directly with my insurance company to minimize the hassle of handling the claim and bill. I would definitely recommend Tahoe Mold and Water to a friend if they had a similar problem to ours.

This is by far the most professional water restoration company that I found. I had a pipe burst and needed immediate attention with my situation and couldn't get anyone to call me back at other companies. I spoke with the owner Ned, and he was very accommodating, super professional and was able to work me into their packed schedule which was a miracle in itself. Ned personally went to the house and gave me play by play updates on the damage and possible solutions. He was extremely honest and didn't try to oversell me on services because I was on a tight budget as insurance was not covering the situation. This company literally saved the Cabin!

The Mold team was very professional to handle from customer service to sending us details report about the conditions of the new house we were going to purchase. It gave us a very good idea what we need to do when we negotiate with the seller since we know how much works we need to do to get the house fixed. We had a severe mold issue that was poorly taken care of by another company and even further when the mold issue wasn't resolved they wouldn't honor their guarantee. I then contacted Ned at Tahoe Mold who spent considerable time with me explaining what was needed to be rectified and also the mold process in general. He was kind, went above and beyond and resolved our nightmare. They kept in close contact with me, updating me twice a week with the progress, and with these updates he kept educating me on the mold process and issues and took every means to satisfy me. I can't recommend them highly enough. To add to this it's important to know they are extremely experienced in complicated mold issues. I would not hire anyone else so look no further than Tahoe Mold and Water.
