Tim Rose is the absolute worst Doctor I've ever encountered. Rude and very unprofessional! Compassion and knowledge should be the number one priority at any medical facility. My family will never return to this Urgent care ever again. Usually the Doctors at this Urgent care are so knowledgeable and caring. Sad this is what it has become...

Dr. Curry was amazing! I was in and out of the urgent care quickly and tested and treated in a timely manner about a week ago for an allergic reaction on top of the flu. She also called to follow up with me afterwards & showed empathy for me. I'm feeling so much better now. Thank you!

Unprofessional. my prescription never made it to the pharmacy, my vitals were copied from my Dl and I never even got to see a doctor. waste of time and money

Absolutely clueless people working here. I reviewed my insurance with the company assuring me St. Mary's would accept my co-pay prior to going in. The front desk lady said they wouldn't take it and said I couldn't be seen until it was figured out. I told her I needed to be seen and that if I had to I'd pay out of pocket. When the doctor finally came in she rambled off a bunch of symptoms that I didn't have. I told her it felt like bronchitis so she said she'd write a prescription and left the room. Upon check out she said I may have additional charges - for what???? She said she would call me with the total and prescription. She never did. WORST URGENT CARE EVER!!!!!!

Took my dad for a stomach ache and we been in the room for almost 2 hours now and the doctor hasn't showed up. When we came in there was 2 people ahead of us. We about to head out.

I was asked to get a lab draw and I was asked to see a physician so I sat there waiting for the physician and then the lab technician wasnt available I have to go back the next day and they told me they could not do the lab dry anyway they referred me to lab core lab Corps was an able to do it so I got charged $116 and got nothing done

I went it at 5:30. I don't know why they say their open until 7. I was greeted by two ladies it look like I interruptED from talking - about what I'm not sure since there was NO DOCTOR THERE. Literally wasted my time. This places seems like a waste of time.

I found St. Mary's Urgent Care to be professional, efficient and a very pleasant experience. The entire staff was really wonderful. 5 Star A+ rating from me!

Didn't know about online check in and will use that next time as wait time was long. Once I was seen, Dr Curry-Winchell was great! Caring and efficient. Would go here again.

Wait time was a little long and I was feeling frustrated when Dr. Curry-Winchell came in. I've seen nurses and PA's before, so actually seeing an MD was refreshing. Dr Curry-Winchell is so positive, and has such great energy, she listened attentively as I explained the sequence of events leading up to my visit. She called for two additional tests and then put a treatment plan together. She makes you feel like you are the most important patient that day rather than making you feel like you are wasting their time. The visit took over two hours, but my interaction with her made it worth it. My meds were ordered promptly with my preferred pharmacy and so far the treatment plan is working.
