Terrible at communication. My first referral for care was not adequate and I found this out a week after going in to make an account. I had to call them after they said they’d reach out to me. I got my referral faxed to them same day and they said it takes 7-10 days to receive approval. I had to call them again 10 days later and they had my referral approved, but no call or message to let me know. I find out that they’re booked a month and a half now two weeks after I first came in. I’m behind on my recovery from an injury and now more behind because of their incompetence. If you want to get a PT appointment in a decent time frame avoid this place. They...read full review
