Incline Tahoe Glass is a perfect vendor. We asked them to replace two glass sliding doors, and the work is now done. We love the new doors. Their pricing was very competitive and their service was was on time and extremely professional. They even went above the requirements of their quote, and painted the new trim pieces around the new doors. They certainly earned their 5-star rating.

Met with their sales rep Staci first week of July to discuss a multi hundred thousand dollar order and she indicated she would accommodate our Construction schedule, then after wasting 2 1/2 months of our time -said she didn’t want to work with us, costing us hundreds of thousands of dollars in project delays. I don’t recommend working with this woman and unfortunately, this company because she represents them.

They frequently have people answering who have very thick accents and are difficult to understand. They were paid to replace a window in my house. But they replaced the wrong one. And basically they say they don't care. The did work and if we want the correct one fixed, I will have to pay again.

They came over to look at a couple of large Anderson windows they had previously supplied. My window washers advised me both had broken seals. The windows were under warranty at the time. They took measurements, photos and size details. Never heard back from them! I stopped by 5 times over the year lus, called a dozen times and sent a few messages. Nothing but crickets yet every visit I was assured someone would reach out. Ghosted! I have heard plenty of similar stories around town. No thanks....

Disorganized. 4 calls and a lot of time on hold and I still couldn't get a quote for a window they'd already measured. 0 urgency on their part. This is why nobody wants to shop local for services in IV anymore. On the bright side, they kept their appointment to take the measurement. I just couldn't get a quote.

Just had 3 large windows replaced; The ITG crew was excellent and the new windows turned out great too. I would say most of the negative reviews here are to do with patients. You cannot be in a rush with this company. When you order make sure they're going to place the order and are not waiting for something. Like a film treatment color because they will not call you. They're used to working with contractors
