Love DC Pilates and love Rebekka! She is a fantastic mat pilates instructor. We started a couple of months ago (brand new to Pilates) and have seen such a difference. David & Rebekka work within your limitations, but still manages to push you to improve. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved my experience at D.C.’s Pilates in Incline Village! David is such an amazing instructor!
The studio itself has such a welcoming, positive vibe. I also really appreciated how much space there is between the reformers. It never feels crowded or cramped, and you can actually focus on your workout without feeling like you’re right on top of other people.
The classes are challenging in the best way possible — a perfect mix of strength, core, flexibility, and mobility. I left feeling stronger, stretched out, and energized. Plus, the red light therapy session afterward was such a nice bonus... read full review

Visited Tahoe for a ski trip and tried a class at D.C.’s Pilates in Incline Village after my back and hips started feeling tight. As a guy who mostly lifts weights and skis, I wasn’t sure Pilates would be for me, but I was seriously impressed.
The class was challenging in a completely different way than the gym — lots of core, balance, mobility, and small stabilizer muscles I clearly neglect. David was very knowledgeable and focused heavily on form and proper movement, which made the workout feel functional and athletic rather than trendy.
