I had an HVAC leak and tried calling the business phone number. It automatically transferred me to a technician, who apparently was on the plumbing side. All he did was blame me for calling him instead of the HVAC option; which there was no option for. I asked for the correct number, but he felt it necessary to continue to tell me how it was my fault that I got him instead of the HVAC person. I would never use this company.

We all take for granted the simplest things in life, like when our toilets flush and our AC is pumping out cold air in the middle of August. You will get a call back, and you will be happy you called. Anything that breaks is going to cost some money to get fixed- this is reality. You will get an honest estimate and WJ Borghoff will always leave you better than they found you. Added bonus- they will always give you realistic appointments. They are excellent in their trade, but understand and care about you as person.
