I wanted to provide an update regarding our plumbing issue. Ken arrived quickly and clearly explained why the kitchen sink was backed up before unclogging it. However, the sink began backing up again the following day (Saturday).
It looks like Ken will need to return as soon as possible to take another look. Please let me know when he might be available.

We just bought our home and after getting more settled, the water heater started having problems. First, it was a drip drip from the relief valve, which was plastic. Then, it became a drip drip drip over the next couple of weeks.😐 Not good. We bought a home warranty as part of the home purchase and reached out to the provider to get support. The vendor they sent wasn't helpful, other than to let us know the water heater was not a brand they service (Rheem, which is one of the top brands) and that the plastic fitting should have been brass.
