I’ve been going to Warm Hearts Pet Hospital for years, ever since my oldest long-haired dachshund, Angus, was a puppy (he’s now 11). When I got my second dachshund, Oliver, I brought him here as well without hesitation. This team has been amazing and has saved my dogs’ lives multiple times. Dr. Inna and the staff are compassionate, kind, and always upfront about costs — I’ve never been charged more than what I was told. They truly care and do everything they can to provide the necessary care while keeping your pet’s best interest in mind. Even though I now live 30 minutes away, I will continue coming here without hesitation. Highly recommend Warm Hearts Pet Hospital for honest, exceptional veterinary care.

The two stars are for the speed, the professionalism and level of care for the Dr and the nurse. Unfortunately they lost the other 3 due to their check out clerk and how quick she was to raise her voice and embarrass someone as if they stole a card for paying with their wife’s care credit card. Then after she made a huge issue and insinuated I either stole the card or would call and try a scam on them, they nicely pulled me outside away from everyone and said they can accept it if my wife pays through the cards web portal…
So instead of starting with that, especially since my wife has taken our dogs there before and paid with the same card, they profiled me, accused me, and then tried to cover their butts by bringing me outside and telling me they can accept it after they embarrassed me in the lobby as if I’m some crook who uses stolen things to care for his family.
I have a long beard and brown skin. It’s not the first time I’ve been profiled and not something I’m blind to at all.
Thank you to the girls in back for trying to help. I’m so sorry everything was ruined by someone with such a minor role in your office.
VCA Mountain Vista Animal Hospital is 10 minutes away and gives no issues at all. Highly recommended you drive that extra 10 minutes and save yourself the headache

My dog is a new patient, and everyone from the front desk to the technician, the doctor and also the person checking me out , was very friendly and kind. Dr. Leslie really cares and takes time to answer my questions and concerns. This is the best veterinary office I have ever been to. Thank you, you have a client forever!
