VIP Primary Healthcare Las Vegas is a professional and caring medical practice. The office is clean and organized, and the staff is kind and friendly. Dr. Rillo and her team take the time to listen to patients' concerns, answer questions, and genuinely care about their health and well-being. Patients appreciate the dedication and compassion shown by the staff, who go above and beyond to ensure their care.
I've never met the doctor that owns this practice. I see PA Reyes. He's nice and attentive.
The biggest problem is they don't answer their phones or return calls. May be time to find another doctor.

SAW HER AT 9:30AM I CALLED PHARMACY AT 2:45PM NOTHING CALLED THE OFFICE AT 3:02 PM .. I WENT TO URGENT CARE AT 3:30 PM ..
WAS ASKED AND TOLD THE MD NEEDED INHALERS.
SHE LISTEN TO MY LUNGS FROWNED . I TOLD HER. SAW NEW PCP WHO DID NOT EVEN DO THAT OTHERWISE.. I WOULD NOT OF HAD TO BE AT URGENT CARE,,
WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS PLACE..

The NP at VIP Primary Care is excellent! She took great care with my sons check up and answered all of my questions about my sons growth and care. The office was clean and well kept and everyone in the office was friendly, prompt and professional. We are very satisfied with our new primary care team and would highly recommend it for all ages. You can tell these people really care about your health!
