Matt shoemaker, just came out and fixed my faulty waterline from a water softening company which I just had installed. It was spraying water into the water heater, which seemed like the water heater was leaking. He diagnosed it very quickly and was able to fix faulty waterline and cleaned out the water heater. He made sure everything was perfect. Did a really awesome job..his work is top-notch.
Had a Novo soft water system installed by Nick Perry. Nick is professional and his work is flawless. He was able to install the same day the quote appointment was made. After install he took the time to explain how the system worked and answered all my questions.
My water quality is great. I would highly recommend Nick from Desert Water Heaters.
