We've been coming to Valley Ranch for our dogs since we moved to Vegas. They've always taken great care of them and they're also our boarding location of choice any time we go out of town. At the start of this year, when we lost our dog Reese unexpectedly to spleen cancer, their level of professionalism and compassion could not have been higher at a very sad moment (thanks, Dr. Dina!). Highly recommended vet if you're in the Henderson area!

Super nice people! Tech is highly knowledgeable about local necessary vaccines and best part is they are open on the weekends!! Got an appointment no problem for a Sunday afternoon!

We have 3 dogs that we take here and every time we come in they are very attentive and caring towards our dogs needs. Theres never a long wait. We have older dogs and lately it seems like they are more in need of the vet because of there ages. All of the staff front and back office are very friendly and seem like they genuinely care. Dr. Bass and Dr.Dina our dogs vet and they are truly amazing, thank you for all your hard work.

This is one of the best animal hospitals. Was able to get services for my fur baby before they closed. The doctor was great was able to prescribe medication. Most definitely will continue to bring my cat for more services.

Great service and doctors! Take the time to explain tests and go over results. Staff takes awesome care of the critters. Would recommend to anyone and have been coming here for over 20 years.

Horrible Horrible service been bringing my dogs here since I could remember but now this place has gone downhill for a while and for Years you call they answer the phone they say is there an emergency If not they leave you on hold for thirty to forty five minutes ,hello if it wasn't an emergency we wouldn't be calling like r you kidding me my dog died and they did nothing to help me but place me on hold for 35 min not cool in that time my dog passed away im so angry i called yesterday morning and they did the same thing please please if you read this don't waste yr time at this animal hospital they don't care i live right across the street at the grand legacy and I have money to afford any vet place but I call them first because they are right next to my house and every time I have to find somewhere else because they don't have the time for you or are too busy to answer the phones this place should be out of business the way the conduct themselves 0/10 service this is definitely the worst veterinarian hospital in town.Don't waste your time.Run away as fast as you can
