What a wonderful experience for sister in law as we just called and was told to come in. We were greeted by Emily (owner) and she was very sweet and helpful. The Wig Cottage is a rare place where you feel seen and cared for. My mother and I were helped by Emily and Morgana, and they were both fantastic. They listened, they understood what my mother needed, and they treated her with such dignity and warmth. Their knowledge of wigs is impressive, but what stood out most was their kindness. They turned what could have been a stressful experience into something positive and uplifting. We are so thankful for them and will always remember how they made my mother feel.
