I am 39 years old and live in chronic pain daily and everyone at this practice treats me like a person and not like other providers have that I’ve seen in the past. They have really taken care of me. I’m very thankful to be a patient!! They are very knowledgeable when it comes to treating pain.

I’m always skeptical about new doctor visits but I’ve had a good experience here.

Harlyn is my doctor and she has always been so kind and considerate since day one. Making sure all my worries are taken care of.

They send text reminders and give you phone calls which has always been important due to my forgetfulness. They also have the option to check in through your phone prior to the appointment so I don’t have to do it while waiting.

I would definitely recommend Dr. harlyn if you’re looking for a new doc.

Everyone has been so nice to me so far and helping me with my medications. Harlyn is great and wish her to continue the way she treats her patients.

Waited 2 weeks for them to call me back to schedule appointment, I ended up calling them back instead. Then waited two more weeks for appointment, then Spent 30 minutes filling out there pre-visit questionnaire prior to visit, I showed up to the clinic parking lot on time but couldn't find parking for my big truck so I called them to let them know I was gonna be a few minutes late but no answer and the message machine simply offered to call back when an attendant was available, I ended up parking across the street and walking over, ended up 9 minutes late to my appointment, 9 minutes.... I was the ONLY person in the waiting area and they refused to see me for being late, wanted to reschedule me for another time in the future, the receptionist was very apologetic and also visually annoyed that the provider refused to see me, it was obvious that it was a pumishment for being tardy. 1st interactions are always a sign of how they treat you as a patient long term, So I kindly asked them to remove me from their schedule
    Terrible business practice...

Bridget at the front seat was great. Super accommodating and helpful with a challenging last minute schedule change.

Dr Wentz and his staff are outstanding and compassionate. He helped me to find an Orthopedic surgeon for my ankle surgery. I went to him in 2025 to help with pain management for my damaged ankle from a work related injury. He helped guide me
through the complexity of a Workers Compensation case from New York State. Had it not been for Dr. Wentz and his staff I would still be looking for an orthopedic surgeon to operate on my ankle. I would highly recommend Dr. Wentz and the staff of the Center For Wellness for anyone looking for pain management help.

Edit: ever since this review my previous “amazing” pain management doctor has decided to treat me coldly. If anyone is thinking of giving a review about having a bad experience with one of the doctors here, just know that you will be treated like crap by all the doctors and their assistants for doing so. Basically, they want to hear the good but expect you to keep the bad to yourself. They are not interested in hearing about anything that goes wrong, they only want praise. You’ve been warned… keep your mouth shut if you want any doctor here to spend more than a minute with you and to not want to discuss any issues you’re having with medications or new pain. After my concerns were dismissed by my pain management doctor I went to my primary, who is actually really great, and he caught a medical episode I was having and put in a couple orders for me then made a medication change. I’m lucky I have at least one doctor who cares about their patient rather than their ego. I’m not going to name the pain management doctor this time, I’ve learned my lesson about the level of vengeance here, but she knows who she is and how unprofessional she has been, even if she doesn’t care.

    Original review:
Saw a new NP, Marie Angeline Lim, and therefore this review is only a reflection of my experience with her and her incompetence as well as the people who answer the phones with the option for “medication questions”. I normally see someone else who is absolutely amazing, but I got scheduled with Marie Lim and it’s been a horrible experience. First, she referred me to a specialist but never submitted it to my insurance, so I called and asked them to submit it, but once again, it was not done. Then, Marie Lim said she would add an extra low dose quick release pain med to the extended release I take at night until I can see the neurosurgeon because waiting for the extended to finally kick in is too painful for me to fall asleep through, but the pharmacy never received it (Notice a trend?). Once again I had to call CWPCC and ask them to submit it. They said they would ask Marie Lim about it and call me back same day. TWO days later I still hadn’t heard back, so I called them once again only to find out Marie Lim had changed her mind and put in the notes that I don’t need it, but no one thought to call me back as promised to let me know. They did however have an attitude with me when I asked why she had changed her mind and why I wasn’t notified. There is a complete lack of communication and follow through with Marie Lim, so I am making sure that when I go back I only see the nurse practitioner who knows what she’s doing. Marie Lim has no business working in pain management or any profession where people have to rely on her.
