Don't bother calling them. They do not return calls, even in emergencies. Called 4 times, left messages at dispatch recording. Heard nothing.

I moved into a brand new house at the end of March 2023 and my AC unit has malfunctioned four times, three of them were within the span of one week (the week of July 11). It all started on 6/19/2023 when the AC stopped working in the middle of the night and I woke up in sweats. A tech from Sunrise showed up and said the reason was the float switch being at the wrong place (see pic 1). BTW I was forced to take a day off from work that day because I wasn't able to fall asleep in 80F+ temperature. Then on July 12 the AC failed to cool properly, Sunrise sent techs out and told me it was caused by leaks and malfunctioned damper (see pic 2). Then just 4 days later on 7/16... read full review

I dealt with Matt. The service manager. He is very professional and polite. Helps me with everything I need regarding my A/C and heating! Thank you! The price is definitely worth the services I receive.
