Recently had an excellent experience with this company. I was looped in with Doug initially to simply install a bathroom vanity. When i arrived at my rental property turns out it needed a WHOLE lot more work. Doug came by and helped me itemize everything that needed replacing/fixing. I was so relieved, he pointed out things I hadn't even thought of and was very thorough. Pricing was EXTREMELY fair. His team completely flipped my house from a disaster to fully rent ready in the next 10 days. I was more than pleased. He even found a few last minute things and took care of them. I would highly recommend this company for your property management and contracting.
