this office is a mess, very outdated. the receptionist was a young male kid. He looked like he just woke up very unprofessional one other staff girl back office was in a sweat shirt hoodie the picture of the waiting area is deceiving it's all tackey. Looks like an old shoe repair office. I wouldn't bring a stray dog in there. I went back to my car canceled my enrollment and changed back to my previous doctor. Don't bother trying to find their office it's hidden among 100 other offices.
The Sagebrush Medical Center is amazing! My mother and I are extremely pleased with the service as they address all of our questions. The staff is incredibly respectful and courteous.
First of all, let me say that Dr. Concepcion is great — this review isn’t about him. What’s disappointing is everything else.
I’m extremely careful about my medical costs. I work hard, I make sure my doctors are in‑network, and I only go once a year for my annual physical, which is supposed to be covered at 100%. Apparently, what I didn’t know is that if the doctor asks “How’s everything going?” and you answer in the “wrong” way, your annual wellness visit instantly turns into a billed office visit.
