Bought a Jacuzzi 335 3 years ago, sales staff very good, do to COVID took quite a while for delivery in Pahrump 70 miles from store. After delivery and set up which went great, I had a few questions. Called 4 times, each time they told me they would have some one call me back, never did. Made it 3 years with no problems until the temp control malfunctioned. Called and texted the address they gave for 8 weeks for service with no response for a service date. I was finally told they had the part and the part and service is under warranty but the trip charge would be $500 to drive 140 miles round trip. The charge, to me is outrageous! Overall, we had a good experience with Renaissance Pools. Tim was very nice and kept us updated with each process along the way, and Reuben is such a hard worker! He patiently explained a lot of things to us as it was our first time buying a pool. Yes, there were a few long delays, but after talking to some people that have had both concrete and fiberglass pools installed, it seemed that delays were typical regardless. Plus, Reuben is a one-man-show and you have to expect they have other customers so things aren’t going to happen overnight. Also, my husband wanted a specific pool and was willing to wait for it. Renaissance pool put our pool in and they did a very good job. They took care of clearing the Earth away hiring people to put up the wall around the pool hiring the person who put the decking around the pool. It was a very easy experience working with Tim Hanson and I recommend you call and get a quote before you go any place else
