This was the best experience with my young daughter. Shay, Amaya, Jessie and Ruby were all very attentive, kind, and professional. This will definitely be back and I highly recommend for Mommy daughter day ?
I absolutely LOVE Once Upon a Nail Salon! They first did my wedding nails in Nov. of 2025, and I’ve been going ever since. I get my builder gel and I looove it. The atmosphere is great, and I love that I get a mimosa when I go, however I’ve always loved their work the most. My nails have always looked great. I usually go once a month and stretch the nails (not recommended but it is what it is lol) and I’ve always had minimal lifting or issues. I usually see Mimi but I’ve seen others and everyone is great. I make the drive from near Fremont because I love them so much. Highly recommend!
I’m extremely sad with my nails. I went recently and it was later so there was only me there. The lady with the red and black hair was absolutely phenomenal! I loved her customer service, she really took her time and put a lot of effort into my feet.
However, my nails were done at the same time as my feet and the person doing them was short, she wasn’t talking much, and seemed to be in a rush. I asked her to fix my nails and she said she would but you can literally see my nail.
