I had a very great experienced with Dr. Singh, Bryan, Mario and most especially with Ana the assistant of Dr. SINGH, She's friendly and warm person. But I'm sorry, the person name Jade in the reception was not friendly and I dont like her customer service. They should show a warm and friendly attitude because they are the first person to create impression regarding your customer service.
Tia, has helped me in the past. Again today, she was professional and kind, Listen to my concerns and was very personable.
Likewise, Dr Singh was professional and patient while he listened to and answered my concerns. He has been my eye surgeon in the past, and if needed, I would definitely use him in the future!
The annual appointment went well and I really like Dr Neibaur, who I’ve had for sometime now. Between dilating and the overall checkup, I’m ok with the entire appointment taking about 2 hours. What I didn’t like, after the appointment was finished, going back to the waiting room for an extended period of time and be called up to make an appointment for next year.
