This is by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced whilst getting glasses after our appointment. Our son is only 5, but the doctor here and the ladies that run the front office, are astounding! I cannot compliment this establishment enough; I’m only sad we didn’t find it sooner! Well oiled machine, from the kindness, the engagement and the positive energy! They also will try their best to find you the best deals with your insurance! My mind was boggled because of how good they were in every aspect. Will be returning, no matte how far we are because of the service level! Absolutely recommend!!!

I’ve been coming to this office for YEARS!! The staff is absolutely amazing! Great atmosphere, very helpful! If you ever have issues with your glasses, they help fix them right away in office (most cases). They are very knowledgeable!! Just overall great!! Thank you Custom Eyes for everything you guys do!!

This is the only place I go for glasses! I have been coming here for a few years already and I love it. This place really has amazing customer service. They do get quite busy so sometimes you just have to be patient but it is so worth it. They treat every person like they are family. All of the workers are great but Trina and Dave are incredible! Trina usually helps us and goes above and beyond to make sure all our needs are meet. If you are looking for a great all in one eye care this is definitely the spot!!
