Aside from a beautiful classy upscale facility that does provide plenty of free towels & everything you need it has the BEST YOGA & TAI CHI classes I’ve found in the Las Vegas area. Specifically Aurora Gentle Yoga on Fridays & Aurora Tai Chi on Sundays are simply awesome w/o being overwhelming to the body. Slow steady balance core control & strength training has been phenomenal. AURORA is Lifetime’s dedicated program for seniors & has such a great schedule of doable & viable classes options & training. Today was the first day for me, i got invited by one of my friends, and to be honest, the first impression I was very, very positive. Very clean, fresh environment, a lot of facilities. I just need to discover more. I love it. Recommend it, especially for those who are looking for privacy and family atmospheres.
