Apologies for taking so long to write this review. Our project was completed in September, 2024. This is the only project we've ever experienced where everything was on time and on budget. All work was done as promised and completed to our satisfaction. Brett and Melissa were great with communication and help with design and execution of our requests. Even changes we wanted to make during the project were handled perfectly and without delaying the overall timeline. Chris was a great project manager and always answered any questions or concerns we had during the project. Everything went right on schedule. All the folks we worked with were. Great. Melissa is top notch in our book! Very quick to return texts and anticipates our needs! We loved the techs: Tony, Sue, Kalio, Exon, Rocky and Frank. Thank you!
From start to finish this was the best home renovation project I have experienced. Ashley in sales made some outstanding recommendations on products, colors and venders. All selected were top quality products and tradesman. The demolition crew on day #1 set the stage. I was expecting quite a mess during the tearout of the old granite and fixtures in the kitchen and guest bathroom. Rocky,Frank, Exxon and Sove came in and efficiently did the entire removal with no dust and no damage. Remarkable!
