Never serviced anything there but they have a mobile repair van abandoned out front of my place of business for several weeks now. The representative has reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience. Super nice 😊 . I could only hope that all places treated people as well .

I have no kind words for this fella’s service. Long story, but to save you time and money, a must read - especially since I know he will respond with some type of “poor me” fiction.
Inquired about oil change for diesel pusher and service on generator. Quoted $450. He shows up near evening on day one of job
and notes that oil filter is fine and oil is clean, but still proceeds to say I should get an oil change. I’m ok with this.
Says he needs $250 for a kit to do the service. Pay the man who then returns next afternoon around 4 pm and then leaves to get the kit - no reason why so late or why he didn’t get the kit before he came over initially on day two. Around 8 pm he’s still at the house and starts the generator service. He allegedly finishes that and informs me he’s leaving - it’s 9:30 pm. Sends me a bill for just short of $1,000. For an oil change and generator service that he quoted me $450. He says he will take off a few bucks. I told him I’ll pay $750 and he takes it. I’m also out of town in Florida while he’s at my house - shouldn’t have done that but needed it done because we were taking the rv out the next weekend.
Get home that Sunday night and run the generator Monday. White smoke and black smoke. Shut it off thinking it’s just pushing old stuff out.
    This is not concerning yet.
Take the rv out and on return trip get into Arizona. It’s hot so we run the generator to have AC - the smoke is back. I pull over to a truck stop and check it out - oil is fine and clean. Coolant is empty!
I call him and he says it’s probably something to do with a piston. I say, “Jimmy, what coolant did you put in?” He says none because he couldn’t find the correct one and that I should put min the green one. I’m losing my mind now - you never put coolant in but said the service was complete and I was good to go?
What a joke. He even left all his trash on the driveway, including all the oil that was drained into an oil tote - I’m sure that’s because it was after 9 pm and he didn’t see it.
I take it to NIRVC and they tell me that the oil was overfilled and the coolant is empty in the generator. Now keep in mind, this Jimmy guy apparently does these services all the time, according to him. Can’t explain that one away, pal.
I won’t ask for a dime back, but I am happy to save anybody else a hack job headache and waste of money.
His $750 bill is now costing me an additional $350 to get it done correctly.
I should’ve followed my instincts and asked him to leave after my initial feelings about him and the far-fetched stories he likes to tell. Lesson learned the hard way.
    BEWARE!

Update: In response to this incompetent “mechanic” which is a waste of time anyway: I DID tell you what you didn’t do and you said you would look into it and get back to me. You still haven’t gotten back to me, so who’s the man here, pal? You tucked your tail between your legs and still haven’t taken responsibility for YOUR mistake. You conveniently forgot to put coolant in and could’ve caused more damage to my generator had I not taken the initiative to get it done by a competent company. All said, you sure didn’t forget to send me a bill and accept payment for an incomplete job.
I would be more than willing to have a conversation with you about this, but I doubt you have the spine to take responsibility for your mishap and hold
    yourself accountable.

Jimmy was fair and honest. I am fairly handy with most RV fixes but I could not fix a problem with inoperative steps. I called Jimmy and he came to my house on the same day. He figured out the step motor was jammed. He could have easily said he needed to replace the motor and the computer and charged me an arm and a leg. Although the motor was difficult to remove because the steps were in the folded position, he was able to successfully remove it and rebuild the motor. I am convinced he saved me hundreds of dollars. I definitely recommend Jimmy for all RV fixes. Thank you Jimmy.

Called to fix our AC. He came, ordered parts, took our $180 (cash)for parts and we never saw him again. When we called him, there was always an excuse. No surprise we got Scammed in Las Vegas.
Response: Address was sent to you Via text March 29th, April 4th, and April 9th. and correction it was $209 on March 12 for parts. Review will be amended when money or parts are in hand.

Jimmy did on ok job getting our bend awning off.
His driver however drove over our ladder and the arm of our awning, which was still usable. Now neither is it nor is the the telescoping ladder usable anymore.
His answer to my complaint was he could not see what laying in front of his suv.

Basically paid 350.00 to have him bolt in my starter and hook up a new battery. I week later and my rv won't idle and keeps doing when I'm driving. Spent all my money already and can't drive my rv .. Now I don't have another 150.00 just to get him to show up. Don't waste your time

Incredible man!! He is an absolute life saver. After dealing with someone before him that was dodgy Jimmy worked tirelessly and for days to get to the root of our electrical fault and fixed it. He went above and beyond to help us with a few other things that also were going wrong. Could not recommend him enough, if you need anything he is your guy. Kind, professional and SO hard working, the lengths this man went to help us is beyond measure and we will always be thankful for him to get us back on the road.

Jimmy is a life saver! Traveling in my RV, my cooling fan clutch went out and my engine overheated on a Sunday afternoon. I researched and found JL automotive & RV Repair, called Jimmy, told him what had happen. Jimmy went to the auto parts store, bought all the parts needed, brought them to my location and changed to clutch fan on the spot without having to remove the radiator. I was on my way again that evening! Jimmy charged a fair price and did a excellent job, I highly recommend JL Automotive and Mobile Repair!
