The doctor at Jc Penney Optical Galleria Henderson is rude. If I am not mistaken her name is Kim. I asked her a question and she didn't listen and she told me to stop and wait for her to finish my eye exam. But my question is relative to the one that she is currently doing at that time to my eyes. That doctor has an attitude!

Dr. Kim is the only optometrist who would fully listen to the problem I was having with my vision. While my issue needed a retina specialist, her concern and listening ear validated my experience, and I finally had someone who would listen! She asks about my condition and gives advice for my eyes and every time I visit. The individuals who help with ordering glasses are amazing. They actually don’t take my insurance but I don’t care. I am willing to pay more for the service I get. When you find a medical office that doesn’t rush you out the door in Las Vegas, you stick with them.

I've been going here for a few years. Dr.Kim is so nice and makes sure to answer your questions and explain things to you. The people at the front desk are honestly so kind and happily answer any questions you have as well. I have never had a bad experience with any of the people here.
