5 stars from the asian guy that helped me today. Not sure his name, think he may have a couple tattoos. Excellent customer service. He goes above and beyond and fixed my glasses when others couldn’t. Give that man a pay raise!
I always get excellent service from the Optical department. The staff are all very nice & helpful. Aaron is an excellent optician, I try to wait for him since he already knows my vision idiosyncrasies due to my terrible eyesight, although all of the staff members are knowledgeable & helpful. I like their excellent bundled prices for eyeglasses, very very reasonable. I used to always go to private optical places for many many years & had paid so much more for same glasses until one day I discovered the Costco optical. I am so grateful for them.
Bought my glasses from here. The prices are very hard to match anywhere else! They are very thorough and honest about their prices and what's best for you. My glasses were ready in one week.
