We just bought our home and after getting more settled, the water heater started having problems. First, it was a drip drip from the relief valve, which was plastic. Then, it became a drip drip drip over the next couple of weeks.? Not good. We bought a home warranty as part of the home purchase and reached out to the provider to get support. The vendor they sent wasn't helpful, other than to let us know the water heater was not a brand they service (Rheem, which is one of the top brands) and that the plastic fitting should have been brass. Great plumbing company. From the office staff to the plumber, everything was done correctly and priced very fair. I previously used another plumbing company, but HTA is the best, and will now get my future business. Strong recommendation!
