Always a pleasure! Staff is so informative, professional and extremely friendly. I always feel safe leaving my girl there and I don't think twice. this is my 3rd vacation away from her and I don't even think to take her anywhere else. ❤️❤️ I opted for a bath this time because they can really smell bad after days ( it's just how it is) and she was fresh as a daisy, fluffy and soft like she had been brushed and conditioned really well (German shepherd coat). so happy. she is tuckered out and letting me rest today. I absolutely love this place and will start taking her for daycare days once In a while. It's worth it and she loves it there. ❤️❤️❤️???????
Absolutely outstanding experience with Hounds Town! They took amazing care of my Doberman from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and clearly cared about the dogs in their care. They not only watched my dog, but also gave her a bath and trimmed her nails, and had everything completed and ready exactly when I arrived for pickup.
My Doberman came home clean, happy, and well cared for. It’s hard to find a place you can truly trust with your dog, but Hounds Town exceeded expectations. Excellent communication, great service, and very attentive staff. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dependable dog care and grooming services!
I recently changed boarding facilities to Hounds Town for a few reasons. I liked that my dog could have unlimited play time while being boarded, and their prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be going back and making this our new boarding, daycare, bathing facility! Thank you for taking such good care of my baby while I was away.
One thing I wish for improvement would be having some live video feed. Waiting for the pictures each night was a little more stressful that I liked but loved seeing the pictures when I did.
