Melony is a treasure!!!!! She helped me from the start of working with a home warranty company to get to the bottom of why my fridge wasn’t working to the end in haloing me pick a new fridge by pointing out the best cost effective brands that will last the longest at the best cost. She even talked to the warranty company for me and advocated when I wasn’t sure what to say! Ray, the technician educated me on what was wrong with my fridge, while maintaining a respectful and professional attitude. The best part was that he wasn’t scared of our monstrosity of a dog! Thank you so much for all the help! I will refer your company to anyone that needs repairs done!!!
Brock was a great technician. Very informative and thorough. He changed out my dishwasher motherboard and when that failed a month later they replaced it through warranty very quickly. Honest company with great employees. I will definitely use them again if needed.
Brock came out today and was able to fix the problem with my Samsung washer. He was very helpful and stated if we had any other problems he would be happy to come back and replace the part if needed!! Thank you for your help and accuracy!!
