I did not have an appointment, but they said they take walk-ins, so I went well within their business hours hoping to get a quick eyebrow wax. I walked in and there was no one at the desk. I waited. No one came nor was there any signs of anyone in the building. Their phone number takes you to a bot and you have to wait on hold to get ahold of someone. I am giving two stars just because I don’t know what their actual services are like. Cute business, but maybe make sure an employee is always at the desk. Down the street is European wax center and I was able to get a walk-in with my first wax free.

I highly recommend avoiding a membership this company is the worst. No where does it state kids are not welcome until the day of your appointment.
I was charged the membership fee and recharged the day of my appointment for not being able to show up due to being a single mom with no help.
Multiple other places allow kids.
Thanks for stealing food out of my kids mouth now she won’t have dinner as I’m a struggling single mom.
The no guest or child policy should be on the appointment confirmation to give clients the appropriate time frame to cancel and not be double charged sending it hours before appointment does not provide clients a proper time frame to avoid a double charge.

Justine was literally the best!! I came in for my first waxing and she made me feel completely comfortable and explained the whole process, which really helped ease my mind! She was so warm, welcoming, and joyful. 🩷 I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She was especially professional and kind. Can’t wait to come back.

Constance is super sweet:) she makes me feel really comfortable. She’s the best aesthetician that I had since my last wax person. She’s the reason I have this membership, if she goes then I’m gone too..I recommend her to anyone that comes to hello sugar for their first time.

I go here often enough to notice when things change. And while this review has nothing to do with the quality of service, which is excellent or the personnel, also excellent, it has to do with the sanitation. I’ve been a customer of Hello Sugar for several years, and to my surprise upon my last visit I noticed they have switched from the paper liners, to a waterproof vinyl mat covering the bed. They use wipes between clients and that’s it!!! I don’t know about you but I have a serious concern with my naked lady parts on a vinyl mat that has seen many, many other lady parts and fluids. Thankfully, the girlie doing my wax allowed me to put my denim shorts under me and a few paper towels to keep me safe. At the very least, there should be an option for those of us who prefer to use the paper liners. Or can there be a policy where we can bring our own towels? I get saving money and the environment, but putting my cheeks and other parts on a mat with only some wipes between clients seems very risky. I did call and inquire if other locations are using paper still and attached is the response I received. Leaving this here to inform others, but also hoping management can add options for those of us with concerns. Thank you.

Constance needs some work. Horrible experience. I’ve been going to Hello Sugar for over 5 years too. So disappointed.
