It seems Healthy Skin is a part of Elite Wellness and I cannot say enough good things. If you want providers that you actually feel comfortable with and are kind to you, then I highly recommend them. So understanding and accommodating. Rhea was so kind on the phone and then Nikesha was a breath of fresh air compared to other doctors.

I don't normally post reviews, but I just cannot thank Kaehlani enough for helping me. My first appointment with her was Feb 2022.Before her, I was having terrible hormonal acne everywhere on my face! I had it on my forehead, cheeks, and chin. I was extremely self-conscious of my face and was drastically losing my confidence.Now that it has been almost a year, my acne is pretty much gone! I only now have acne scars that we are starting to tackle!The thing that I love the most about Kaehlani, is that she really takes the natural and gentle approach. She doesn't use lasers and she's extremely gentle with my skin. My skin was very sensitive before coming to her because of how inflamed my acne was.She also really cares about my skin & me. If I want to do a chemical peel, she will always be honest with me and tell me that my skin is not ready for it just yet. I like how she is NOT a yes man and she will do right by her clients and what is best for them AND NOT what I think I want. I'm not an expert and I don't know the field. That's why I appreciate her honesty and business practices.I highly highly recommend Kaehlani. She is very trust worthy, honest and will always do right by you!

I found Kaelani on Instagram where i was doing research to find a new esthetician. I proceeded to book my appointment under "New Client Custom Facial" and submitted my deposit of $20. The next day I received a text message from the owner herself, saying that she was unable to accommodate my appointment due to the fact that she is not currently accepting new clients, although nowhere on her website or Instagram, does it say that she is not accepting new clients. She proceeds to tell me that she will pass along my deposit to an apprentice of hers to accommodate my appointment, I then let her know that instead of passing along my funds, which altogether is not the way to handle a situation,she can just give me my refund of my deposit so that I can find another esthetician. she then proceeds to tell me that she is unable to give me my entire refund because her booking system charges her a fee. Being a business owner and licensed professional myself the communication and resolution was extremely unprofessional. Below, I will attach photos of our conversation as I will never be booking and giving my money to a business owner as such. instead of refunding me my entire deposit, and taking the loss as a business owner as she should because the mistake was hers, She wanted me to call my card company and dispute the charge. extremely unprofessional, I can only imagine how she treats those in her care. By the way i have yet to receive my refund or response.

I LOVE Healthy Skin LV! First off, parking is very easy and it's a super safe area. The atmosphere in the building is immediately calming. It's gorgeous inside and immediately puts you in a happy place. I get my facials from Kaelani and she's incredible. She takes the time to explain what she's doing and why- I feel like I'm in the safest hands with her. Her voice is also so soft sometimes it triggers my ASMR. I've been seeing her consistently and she's helped me work on some rosacea redness to even out and a fair amount of preventative anti-aging work. I love how I feel after treatments and my skin really does look and feel healthier than ever (and I'm in my 30s!). I'm obsessed, this place just makes me happy.

Did not expect to leave a negative review here but no one has yet to get back to me about my bad experience here. I have cystic acne and I'm an esthetician. I was doing some research and I was interested in trying out the Face Reality line and looked on the Face Reality website to find acne experts in my area to work with. I came across this spa and requested an appointment but Kaelanie wasn't available until the end of November and SHE suggested I see her apprentice Autumn who has had the acne expert training she confirmed with me over the phone. I scheduled an acne boot camp facial with Autumn which is dedicated to the Face Reality line, is a 75min service, includes an in depth consultation, high frequency, ect. My service with Autumn was disappointing she had nothing to say pertaining to my acne. She used 2 Face Reality products during the service, no high frequency, and my service ended in 50mins. Autumn did very heavy extractions on my face to the point where she was pushing so hard at nothing and would lose her grip. And I left with a red blotchy face with swells on the areas she pushed on. Just an FYI cystic acne (p acne) are sacs under the skin that can burst and end up spreading and I am now dealing with a major breakout. This is something she should know if she is an "acne expert". End of my service she rubbed my arms for two mins and called it a massage and recommended products that had nothing to do with my concerns and she could not explain the products to me herself. I would not recommend this place to anyone. ALSO I would never offer any service I'm not qualified to perform. Like are you kidding me ??

Derri took care of me today and we did the signature facial! The process was super quick & easy. This place is so clean. Derri really knows her craft as well. A true professional!! She was able to let me know what service was necessary for my skin type and it was so relaxing that I even fell asleep! The ambiance is amazing and I can't wait for my next appointment! Restrooms are clean and there is ample parking! Great location as well.

Kaelani is the best esthetician that I've seen in Las Vegas. I won't go to anyone else. She's done many treatments on me and my skin is flawless. I notice a great improvement in my skin after the very first visit.

I’ve been going to see Kaelani for probably close to a year now and there’s a reason I keep coming back! I have combination skin and some rosacea issues and I just turned 30 so facials are a total must. Her studio is so cute and easy to get to (easy parking!) and is super quiet. I never hear any of the other suites working during my sessions which is huge, because the atmosphere is immediately so relaxing and puts you in a perfect mental place for treatments.
Kaelani herself is one of the most calming and kind people I’ve met in life, let alone someone who does incredible treatments that work. She’s never pushy, she really listens to my skin concerns and she answers my questions (no matter how basic or specific to my skin they may be!). Truly after her personality she’s a genius- I’ve learned so much about skin just from asking her what works, what I should do, and how the chemistry of what you wear on your skin affects your personal chemistry. Don’t worry though, it’s never a lecture and she’s never talking at you- she’s so mindful of creating a relaxing space so you enjoy your time (I just ask questions so I know how to keep my skin looking good!). The whole atmosphere becomes meditative for me at certain points and I look forward to it the whole time between treatments because it’s one of the few times I can turn my brain off and really relax.
And the actual treatments? Honestly it’s the time I look forward to the most. She is gentle and uses really cool technology to support your skin goals to get you looking and feeling your best. I hate when other estys have gone ham on extractions and tell me all about the gnarly stuff they pull out of my face- Kaelani is the opposite of the trigger happy pimple poppers you’ve met. She listens and gets you to where you love your skin using cruelty free products and even some of her own. I’m completely obsessed with her mandarin skin toner from her personal skincare like (That Skincare Spot!) and bought some for my girlfriends for Christmas.
She offers an incredible range of services and I’m particularly partial to the dermaplaning procedures. they make my face so smooth and I feel and look so glowy afterwards. I recently got my first chemical peel and my husband, without me bringing it up, told me it’s the best my skin has looked in the nine years we’ve been together 🥺
