WOW! A must EXPERIENCE. I was treated to full body Cryotherapy, followed by a warm sauna, and finished off with the leg compression treatment. Scott was very welcoming and informative regarding each procedure. During the cryotherapy I was able to push through the np pain no gain mentality while watching a movie and listening to some jams. Free parking in private lot available. When I'm town this will be my go to self care treatment!

Magical experience!!! The cryotherapy was a much needed treatment. Everyone needs to try at least 1x. I feel amazing and my chronic back pain felt better immediately. My skin feels so soft. Very professional and friendly business owner. Super clean too!

Highly recommend Glace'! The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. I have some chronic pain & joint swelling from sports and the full body cryo is very helpful in reducing inflammation. I personally find, if I go 2+ times per week and can get my temp to just -140 or more I feel amazing! This is also great for post lunch energy and reducing headaches.
