Emily Green NP has a very good bedside manner and she was thorough and direct. She took her time assessing our child and took the time to explain to us. I am so glad we came to see her so our child could feel better. Elite Rapid Care Clinic is the place to go when you are sick or a family member is sick. The staff is also very accommodating and the medical staff is very knowledgeable.
I was contemplating writing a review for this place. I don’t want people crowding my new urgent care !! This place is very clean, the front desk lady was very kind and caring.
Hearing her answering calls, she always ended her call with “my pleasure”. Which is very rare to hear now a days. She checked me in and offered me a water. Didn’t wait long, I was called into a room 6 mins after checking in(I time these things) , once my vitals were checked , the lady said I’ll be seen shortly. 5 minutes later a wonderful Nurse Practitioner named Taylor came in. Elite Rapid Care was recommended by friends and they were not wrong. All staff were very hospitable and friendly. Dr. Shmid was very friendly and spoke w/us not to us w/ care, concern and not in a rush. Excited to continue our journey of wellness w/her!
