Had no issues. Was in and out in no time. The longest wait was filling out the paperwork. The nurse was very nice and the Dr was pretty cool as well. Over all it was a pleasant experience.I’d recommend to always call any urgent care before hand if you have any questions about anything as I did. It will save you and the clinics from headaches.
Walked in after my doctor recommended I come here after receiving a positive covid at home test result. I walked in and told the lady what I was in for and her demeanor changed instantly. she very rudely told me that they don’t do anything with covid proceedings despite the only thing on the door said that they don’t do testing. I did not know that meant they did not do covid treatment.. She had an attitude like i was disturbing her for even coming in. She could’ve been polite to me and told me the procedure instead of getting an attitude. I stayed six feet away from the desk I had on two masks. Did not touch her or anything but the door. Dignity health gives the best care in the valley, they always care about their patients and I feel confident in any provider I’ve seen! I’d pick dignity over any valley health or HCA place in Vegas.
