This facility is first class. The OT, PTs, nurses and nurses aides are outstanding. As well as the doctor. I had fractured my hip and the care I received was excellent. Since I had no help when I was discharged, the Case Manager recommended Bedrock for a 72 hour help. I hired them with two priorities. One was for the aide to know how to take care of my cats. Of the four young women they sent, none had never been around cats and two were allergic to cats. The 2nd priority was to have the same day person and the same night person. That didn't happen. Two of the night aides slept all night on my couch. Rather than checking on me every 20 minutes. At $45 an hour I resent paying for them to sleep. Beware of Bedrock for continued care. It was a horrible experience for me. And costly. However I can't say enough good things about Dignity Rehab Hospital. They were outstanding.
We had an elder family member that had an issue where she had to go to the hospital and then ended up here for her rehab stay. Everything we've seen here has been good. The facility is clean and the staff has been very friendly up to this point. I know there's a lot of choices in town but when it comes to love ones you always want the best. Also got some good feedback on this place before the fact. We feel comfortable with our loved one here while they rehab.
