Dr Amesur is great. Professional, highly skilled, excellent bedside manner, and totally willing to help navigate a messy and complex medical system. I feel very lucky that he was my surgeon and I highly recommend him.
The front desk receptionist... not so much. She was aggressive about insurance and copay policy, frustrated with my feedback about differing information I had been told by my doctor, and hostile when she was proven wrong and her boss had to come out to speak to me. Not a great first experience at Desert Orthopedic Center. Fortunately, the rest of the staff and Dr Amesur's medical assistant were top notch.
Had my first appointment recently at DOC on Horizon Ridge in Henderson. The staff at the front desk is wonderful. Everyone is pleasant and greets you with a smile.
