“Clayton and his team did an exceptional job at fixing our cracked countertop. It had cracked in the sink area 2 different times with another company and Summit came in to fix it. Summit leveled out the sink properly and beautifully fabricated and installed our porcelain countertops. This wasn’t an easy job to do because keep in mind the cabinets and window sill were already installed so Summit has to cut around that to fit in porcelain slab backsplash. It looks as if the countertop was never replaced. His workers explained everything to us before they installed and made us feel so comfortable. I’m an attention to detail person and Summit exceeded my expectations. I will recommend Summit to everyone!“

“We brought our home renovations to LV Remodel after receiving a referral. Despite the amount of work requested, the actual job only took a little over four weeks.
Work that was done –
Kitchen – new island countertop, backsplash, hung a light over island
Bathroom – new shower and tub, new backlit mirror, new sink faucets
We were very happy and impressed by their professionalism, good communication, attention to detail, and quick follow up and resolution to any issues or changes.
You pay a premium for their services, but they do deliver.
We had half a dozen meetings with Brett the owner (the first couple by phone), before we signed the contract. He was always punctual and well prepared. He explained everything in detail about their whole process, and put everything in writing, so we knew exactly what to expect. We were never pressured to do more than we wanted.
All planned activities were discussed ahead of time, scheduled, and on a shared calendar on the app Buildertrend. Their work was scheduled M-F between 8-5, which they stuck to most of the time.
Chris Gordy, our Project Manager, did a pre-job walk through, and then came over frequently and kept in touch with us by phone or text several times a week. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, responsive and pleasant to work with.
At job start, they covered the floors with cardboard and hung plastic to seal off the main work areas, so the floors were well protected and other rooms didn’t get too dirty. All the workers were skilled, competent and respectful. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves every day.
Upon job completion, they disposed of all the cardboard, plastic and trash that accumulated and had professional cleaners come to thoroughly clean the areas where they worked.
A 3-ring project binder was kept on-site with all the job details, which everyone had access to in case there was a question.
We were very happy with the workers who did prep, dumpster delivery and pickup, demo, materials delivery, electric work, plumbing, drywall work, paint, tile work, stonework, glass fabrication for shower, and cleaning.
We were very pleased with exceptional work done by Brett, Chris, Melissa, Rob, Arturo, David, Jaime and Maria, Jarod, Tony, Kaleo, Rocky.

We love our kitchen and master bathroom renovations from LV Remodel, and would definitely recommend them.“
