I see, Dr. Ortega at center well in Henderson, Nevada, and I just saw Dr. GI don't know what his full name is. I just want to tell you all the Dr.s here and I've met a couple other ones are all special people and the nurses and the ladies you have working out front, you've got something going on good here because these people are great and I've been going to Dr. Ortega for many years, and she's just wonderful thank you so much.

I'm a new patient at this location with Dr S Velasquez. She's great and so are the people at the reception desk. The problem is, when I call, they put you on hold for 15 min, or longer and you're not sure if they forgot you or not. My suggestion is, reassure the person on the other side, let them know you're still there, no matter how busy you are. It's common courtesy. As a retired HR person, I can’t help but observe each work place.
I’m absolutely certain that the “vibe” you feel is a deep indicator that affects you and your care in more ways than you probably imagine.
The Centerwell Henderson branch on Lake Mead Blvd just HUMS, … and THAT makes me very happy to be a patient here.
I’m pretty sure that if it were my job to dig deeper than the clean, calm, warm, welcoming surface, I would find a great manager who hires well and respects and supports her staff members. Today I interacted with Daniella at the front desk and Elen the phlebotomist. Both are thoughtful and caring.
