The Centerwell Henderson branch on Lake Mead Blvd just HUMS, … and THAT makes me very happy to be a patient here.
I’m pretty sure that if it were my job to dig deeper than the clean, calm, warm, welcoming surface, I would find a great manager who hires well and respects and supports her staff members. Today I interacted with Daniella at the front desk and Elen the phlebotomist. Both are thoughtful and caring.

Centerwell was excellent!! I can’t say enough positive about them.I had a great P.A. for years but couldn’t stay with her because of the insurance issues. Thank goodness I found someone just as good and her name is, Heather Harvey. She explained everything I needed to know and we changed my med to a lower dose. Staff impressive and kind and attentive. Love to be kept in the loop and that’s what works for me. Im sorry if I say the name incorrectly but Missy? Marie?, the assistant can do everything. The people at CenterWell Henderson are exceptional. Ally is friendly, courteous and helpful. Daisy did a great job gathering my updated info by phone prior to my appt(greatly appreciated). She was thorough and courteous. Dr Ortega is amazing. She is always prepared, so reassuring and positive. She represents true and honest patient care from a doctor. I am so blessed to have her.
